Orders & Payment

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is currently our only payment method. You pay when your order is delivered — no card or bank transfer required.

Will I get a verification call before delivery?

Yes — for COD orders, our team may call to verify your order details before dispatch. Please answer to ensure smooth delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it. Once shipped, please refuse delivery instead.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 2–4 business days nationwide via PostEx (Leopards/TCS/M&P).

What are the shipping charges?

Rs. 200 standard shipping. FREE on orders over Rs. 3,000.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not yet. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging.

Are your products dermatologist-tested?

Yes. Every Elvory product is dermatologist-tested and pH-balanced.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

LumiFresh is vegan. None of our products are tested on animals.

Can I use Elvory products if I have sensitive skin?

Yes — but we recommend a 24-hour patch test on a small area first. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

Are these products safe during pregnancy?

Always consult your doctor before using any new skincare product during pregnancy.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

7-day exchange on unopened products. Opened intimate-care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our full policy.

What if I receive a damaged product?

WhatsApp us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes future orders faster.
